ABOUT LESLEY

I am a classically trained Private Chef and Certified Vegan Chef, available for small & medium size occasions - lazy lunches, formal multiple course dinners, tasting menus, relaxed tapas, canapés & bowl food etc. I have experience cooking and baking across a wide spectrum of cuisines - Pan Asian, Middle Eastern, Italian, British, Mediterranean, South African, French, Plant-based, gluten-free etc. 


I love bold, interesting flavours that tantalise the tastebuds, but am equally passionate about keeping it healthy and nutritious!
